A couple days ago, I asked for help with identifying an obscure percussion
instrument. True to form, the subscribers of this list came through with
flying colors. After a half dozen responses (some serious, some humorous), I
received a definitive answer to my query. To Don, my heartfelt thanks.
Furthermore, thanks to Don a local music store will profit from his efforts.
Furthermore, not only will I own a unique musical instrument within the next
week, but I will also enjoy telling the story of how I came to acquire it.
