Cleveland Shakespeare Festival's 13th Season Opens at Notre Dame
College

 

The
Cleveland Shakespeare Festival, Cleveland’s only source for FREE outdoor
Shakespearean theater, proudly announces
its 13th Season. This season, CSF will be presenting William Shakespeare’s “Titus Andronicus,” directed by Allan
Byrne and “The Merry Wives of Windsor,”
directed by Tyson Douglas Rand. 

 

 “Titus Andronicus,” perhaps
Shakespeare’s oldest tragedy, will open on Friday, June 18 and Saturday, June 19.
“The Merry Wives of Windsor,” a comedic look at love and marriage, opens the following
weekend, Friday, June 25, and Saturday June 26. 
Both shows begin at 7:00 p.m. at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, OH.

 

“Titus Andronicus” and “The
Merry Wives of Windsor” will continue in repertory on
Saturdays and Sundays at various outdoor locations throughout Northeast Ohio.  Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn
chairs or blankets and seat themselves prior to each outdoor performance. 
Rain spaces have been secured for every venue except Wade Oval, allowing
performances to proceed, rain or shine.
