[NEohioPAL] Stanford Goes to Africa

Concerts at the Crossroads, the performing arts ministry of Christ 
Episcopal Shaker Heights, presents the Christ Church Choir, directed by 
Nathan Carterette, in "Stanford Goes to Africa," a concert featuring 
selections from Charles V. Stanford's services in B-flat and the incomparable Missa 
Luba, a mass based on Congolese folk songs, on Friday, May 21st at 7:30 pm.  

Performing on the program are 
Lisa Rainsong and Jose Gotera, soloists; Patrick Parker, organ; and Tim 
Strelau and Battu, percussion.



The concert will be at Christ Church, 3445 Warrensville Center Rd,
Shaker Heights, OH 44122.  

Tickets are $10, free under 12, and a reception follows the
concert.
