*SOLON CENTER FOR THE ARTS **PROUDLY PRESENTS **“HONK! JUNIOR”*



            Solon Center for the Arts proudly presents “HONK! Junior” by
Anthony Drewe and George Stiles, performed by the SCA Musical Theater
Workshop Camp grades 3 through 8. This group of 29 wonderfully talented
students will take the stage on Thursday, July 15 at 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm in
the Calvetta Bros. Floor Show Theater at Solon Center for the Arts. This
performance is excellent entertainment for the entire family!



            “HONK! Junior” is the modern and musical retelling of Hans
Christian Andersen’s classic fairytale “The Ugly Duckling”. Set in a
beautiful countryside, and with a full cast of singing and dancing barnyard
animals, this story is a great reminder for all ages that being a little
different is okay.



            Under the direction of Kristina J. Ferencie, with help from
Musical Director William Shaffer and camp counselors Steven Gazdag, Will
Kraizel, Brianna Razzante and Lindsay Simon, Musical Theater Workshop
students have spent five weeks of their summer preparing to present this
wonderfully inspiring and family-friendly production.



            Members of the cast include Jasmine Barroa, Asiya Benifield,
Victoria Berid, Madison Bolden, Jaime Carlton, Zak Carson, Emma Ehasz,
Joelle Fisher, Kyle Fisher, Meredith Golias, Sophia Gumbs, Katie Hammond,
Emily Ho, Allie Hunter, Rachel Kapusta, Shivani Kaw, Anna Koblenzer, Braylee
LeClair, Alexis Millard, Taylor Parker, Samantha Perfetta, Brooke Pohle,
Chad Ressler, Jake Ressler, Karina Reznik, Kayla Siladi, Cynthia Sorrells,
Danielle Stanek and Karson Taylor.
