Interpret it any way you want and have fun with it, but you will be judged not just on your technical merits, but also your ability to present the theme in an interesting and creative way.The best entries will be screened at The Capitol Theatre in Cleveland's Gordon Square District and the best of the best will be showcased at various other venues throughout Cleveland.
Directors with films in the event will receive 3 free tickets to the screening. Additional tickets can be purchased for just $5.
