OHIO YOUTH BALLET & DANCE TEAM HAS END-OF-SUMMER OUTREACHES

 

CANAL FULTON - Summer may be winding down but the non-profit
pre-professional Ohio Youth Ballet & Dance Team is just getting warmed up! 

 

Three outreaches are scheduled for the end of August featuring a variety of
dance styles by this group of intensively trained dancers ages 8-20 from
throughout Northeast Ohio. 

 

First, the OYB & Dance Team performs at Queen of Heaven Fun Fest at 6 p.m.
Aug. 19 at 1800 Steese Road, Uniontown, Ohio, which is behind the Massillon
Road Fire Station. Second, the dancers perform at the Greek Festival at
11:30 a.m. Aug. 22 at the Canton Civic Center. Third, the final outreach of
the month will be at 4:45 p.m. at the Jackson Arts in the Park on Aug. 29 at
Jackson North Park.

 

The Ohio Youth Ballet & Dance Team's mission is "Bringing Dance to the
People" and the organization strives to educate and entertain community
members at area festivals, schools, libraries, shopping centers, nursing
homes and more. The OYB & Dance Team trains under Natalya Vyashenko-Connor
and Dominic Moore at The Turning Pointe School of Dance in Canal Fulton. For
