CLEVELAND CITY DANCE COMPANY ANNOUNCES OPEN CALL AUDITION…
  
  
Cleveland…Cleveland City Dance (13108 Shaker Square/Southwest Quadrant) announces an open call audition on Saturday, September 11 from 2:30pm to 5:00pm for the annual holiday performances “Winter Wonderland” and “The Nutcracker” with the pre-professional non-profit Cleveland City Dance Company. The audition is open to all area dance students ages 8 and up. Ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theater roles are available. For dancers auditioning for pointe roles; please wear your pointe shoes to audition for these roles.  Looking for additional men for the Nutcracker Prince and the Russina dancers. Students must continue to take their dance classes during the semester at their local school. 
  
The performances are scheduled for the weekend of December 4-5 at Tri-C’s Eastern Campus in Cleveland.  A pre-registration form is available and should be submitted by Thursday, September 9.  More details are available at www.clevelandcitydance.com or by calling 216-295-2222.
