Big [Box] is a Cleveland Public Theatre annual series that opens the doors
to the theatre to allow artists to experiment, make their own decisions and
take their own risks.



Auditions will be held:

October 11th at 6:30-10 pm at the

Cleveland Public Theatre Church Space

6354 Detroit Avenue Cleveland, Ohio

In *Mother/Tongue*, a family’s quiet dysfunction bubbles to the surface as
workaholic mother Margot begins obsessively preparing Julia Child’s gruesome
beef tongue recipe, disappearing for hours, and speaking only French. With
elements of drama, comedy, mystery, and tragedy, *Mother/Tongue* serves up a
platter of isolation, communication, motherhood, food and love.  Bon
appétit!


  Looking to cast the following roles:

  Margot: early 40s

  Tom: Margot’s husband, 30's-40's

  Beverly: Margot’s mother-in-law; Tom’s mother

  Tyler: Margot and Tom’s son, 16
