[NEohioPAL] TrueNorth Seeking Volunteers For Halloween Fair

Get involved and join in on the fun!!!!!!



TrueNorth will once again be hosting the FunBouncers Tent at the Halloween
Fair at the Carlisle Visitor Center in LaGrange (30 minutes south west of
French Creek).  In the past this has served as a fundraiser for TrueNorth
raising over $1,200.00 each season.



We are in need of hosts for each evening / weekend.  Responsibilities
include:



· Selling $1.00 tickets to enter the FunBouncer Tent

· Passing out TrueNorth literature and sharing with parents all that
TrueNorth at French creek has to offer

· Kid-friendly person handling the line and kids in the tent … this
includes:

   -

   Creating a line and getting the kids excited
   -

   Having them take off their shoes before entering tent
   -

   Putting the maximum number of kids in the tent at the start time
   -

   Making sure they are having fun and not misbehaving
   -

   Having a timer and counting down the final seconds for them to then exit,
   buy another ticket and start the process once again!



Certain evenings may be cold so it's good to have more than 3 people so we
can have shifts and one person can always go across the parking lot to the
center to get warm and have refreshments.



Shifts are:



*Friday, October 15 - 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.  - 7:15 – 10:15 p.m.              4
people per shift*

*Saturday, October 16 - 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.  - 7:15 – 10:15 p.m.              4
people per shift*



*Friday, October 22 - 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.  - 7:15 – 10:15 p.m.              4
people per shift*

*Saturday, October 23 - 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.  - 7:15 – 10:15 p.m.              4
people per shift*



*Friday, October 29 - 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.  - 7:15 – 10:15 p.m.              4
people per shift*

*Saturday, October 30 - 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.  - 7:15 – 10:15 p.m.              4
people per shift*



·          A number of people choose to work the entire night, both shifts,
this is only a suggested schedule.



Please let me know if you are able to serve in this fundraiser.  The people
who have served in the past have truly had a GREAT time!
