Get Ready to Explode!

Be a part of 2011 Fusion Fest's LOCAL EXPLOSION!

LOCAL EXPLOSION is a series of performances that fuse local artists and
thinkers from a wide variety of disciplines resulting in explosively
creative collaborations.

Propose your project to be a part of this exciting new adventure at The
Cleveland Play House.   

The deets:

WHAT:		LOCAL EXPLOSION
			A series of performances running as a part of Fusion
Fest 2011

		WHO:  	The Cleveland Play House and Local Artists, Thinkers
and Creators
	
		WHEN:		LOCAL EXPLOSION will take place on selected
evenings 	
				between April 13-24, 2011

		WHERE:		The Cleveland Play House
	
Guidelines for LOCAL EXPLOSION Project Proposals

*	The proposed project must be a LIVE performance 
*	It must feature a fusion of local collaborators from different
disciplines for example:

		Martial artists and a gospel choir
			An actor and a sculptor 
			A filmmaker and a dance company
			A chamber orchestra and a neuroscientist
			  
.	The proposed performance event must be between 10-30 minutes in
length
	1	The 10-30 minute performance event should stand on its on.
We hope it may be a seed out of which a future longer work may grow but it
should not be an excerpt from an existing larger work.
	2	Think so out of the box it will make your head explode.
	3	Selected projects will get 
.	$300 seed money to create the piece
			1	2 performances in Fusion Fest
			2	All marketing, ticketing and front of house
services will be provided by The Play House
