The Broadview Heights Spotlights' Costumed Carolers begin this holiday season at the Broadview Heights Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, December 4th at 6PM.  The event is open to the public.  Resplendent in their Dickens-era attire (complete with flowing skirts, capes, muffs, and top hats), the group is sure to bring a touch of nostalgic charm to any event.
