[NEohioPAL] PROBLEM with yahoo delivery of digest / neohiopal

Hi Everybody,

Happy Thanksgiving!

Several people have written to me that over the last few days the delivery
of Neohiopal mail to Yahoo accounts in the digest version is html gruel.
Most likely this is caused by a change that Yahoo made to their software.
This will be investigated to determine what the problem is and hopefully
come up with a solution.

In the meantime, there are several things you can do to get your Neohiopal
mail.
