[NEohioPAL] SOLUTION found to problem with delivery of digest version of Neohiopal to Yahoo

Hi Everybody,

Happy Thanksgiving!

There are two settings for text delivery of Neohiopal mail, "mime" or "plain
text."  By default, everyone's delivery was set up as "mime."  That setting
is now delivering the mail to Yahoo digest subscribers as html gruel.

Solution: Change your setting to "plain text."  Info how to do that is
