[NEohioPAL] Auditions for "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" at 82nd St. Theatre

        Auditions for the childrens production of "The Lion, the Witch, and
the Wardrobe" will be held on Friday, January 7 at 7pm and Saturday, Jan 8th
at 1pm at the 82nd Street Theatre (Abundant Life Community Church) , 10143
Royalton Road, Suites N and O, North Royalton, OH. The theatre is located
behind the Mary Kay Manning Dance Studio on Route 82 (Royalton Road),
between York and Abbey Rds.
        Possible callbacks will be on Sunday, January 9th at 2pm.
        We will only be accepting auditions for actors and actresses 18
years or younger.
        In general, we will looking for anyone 6th grade or younger to play
the roles of Aslan's followers and the Witch's Army (non-speaking
roles). Anyone 7th grade or older may audition for any of the following
roles:

        -- Aslan: The Great Lion and King of Narnia
        -- White Witch: The evil queen and current ruler of Narnia
        -- Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter Prevensie: The four siblings who
discover the wardrobe that leads to Narnia
        -- Mr. and Mrs. Beaver: Forest animals who inform the children of
the White Witch and Aslan
        -- Unicorn, Centaur: Forest Animals who help the children and Aslan
        -- Tumnus: A faun who thinks better of turning in Lucy when she
first enters Narnia
        -- Fernus Ulf: A Wolf and the head of the White Witch's secret
police
        -- Dwarf: A servent of the White Witch
        -- Father Christmas -- A bringer of gifts
        -- Elf: Father Christmas' Helper
        -- White Stag: An elusive omen of good fortune

        Except for the children, these roles are gender nuetral and may be
played by actors younger than 7th grade.
        Auditioners will be doing cold reading and several "improv"
exercises. Please bring a current 3X5 photo if possible.
