Hi Everyone, the Asian community in Cleveland continuing to celebrate Lunar
New Year, Year of the Rabbit, today is the first of the year, Happy New Year
everyone!

 

For upcoming celebration events (we typically celebrate 15 to 30 days
starting today), please visit http://www.ocagc.org for updated listing of
places including Columbus, Ohio

 

Starting this Saturday, Feb 5, Asia Plaza, 2999 Payne Avenue, Cleveland, OH
44113, from 11am to 5pm, there will be cultural display booths, cultural and
martial arts performances and Lion Dance performance by the Kwan Family!
(This event is free)

 

Later that day, celebrate dinner festivity with MotivAsians for Cleveland
(you pay for the meal) and have a nice Chinese Cuisine at Li Wah, all the
information is available at http://www.ocagc.org

 

Sunday, Feb 6, CCCCA is having a full day event at Solon High School
starting at 1:30pm http://www.cccca.org/ 

 

And on Saturday Feb 19, CPEA is having their Lunar New Year Celebration at
CSU Main Class Building with performances starting at 5pm, there is a
minimal cost of $10 per person for show/dinner, more information
