Ticket Sales Agent
Cleveland Play House is seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join our Box Office team as Ticket Sales Agent.  Become a part of our thrilling 90-plus year tradition of outstanding theatre and enjoy a professional but light-hearted work environment, free admission to Play House productions, free parking and flexible hours!
 
This is a seasonal, Part-Time position, 20-25 hrs/wk.
Schedule will include nights and weekends, and ends at the beginning of May 2011.
Upbeat applicants should have engaging phone skills and must have flexibility in their schedule
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Process single ticket and subscription purchases as well as exchanges in person and by phone in a helpful, friendly, and efficient manner
Manage customer queries in a courteous and diplomatic fashion 
Accurately manage money, including purchases by cash, check, and credit card
Actively promote the Play House and its various programs at the point of sale
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A proven ability to provide a high level of customer service in an often highly pressurized environment
An active interest in the performing arts 
Experience in box office operations, including knowledge of Paciolan ticketing software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) are a plus, but not mandatory
