[NEohioPAL] Actors needed for Student Short Film

Students at Virginia Marti College of Art & Design are looking for actors
and actresses for a short film.

Working Title: “Behind the Controller”

Synopsis: Johnny, a male is his late 20's, is an intense video gamer, and is
very good at what he plays.  A friend tells him he needs to branch away from
games and find a girlfriend.  This has not worked out so well for Johnny in
the past.

Actors/Actresses:

   - Johnny (20 - 25 years old)
      - Johnny is consumed in his video games. Very little distracts him
      from these.  He is not good with women and often times sees right through
      them when talking about romantics.
   - Ex-girlfriend #1 (20 - 25 years old)
      - This girl is all about doing things as a couple and cannot stand
      video games. She, unlike Jennifer, has the exact opposite
personality that
      Johnny is attracted to.
   - Ex-girlfriend #2 (20 - 25 years old)
      - This girl is very “into” herself; “Teenage-like”; definitely not a
      person a gamer would want to be around.  She loves to talk about herself.
       Is at times naive as to what others think towards her.
   - Jennifer (20 - 25 years old)
      - Jennifer is the complete opposite that Johnny has experienced.
       Though she does have “girl qualities”, she too plays video games a lot.
       She is his female counterpart and offers him a competitive side to the
      gaming world that he has never experienced in any other girl.  They just
      work together.

Shooting will take place on Wednesday 3/2.

All auditions will be filmed for use for the casting team.  You will be
given a side to read when you reply back.  Please plan on your audition
taking a max of 15 minutes.  Please reply back by Friday afternoon.
Auditions will take place Saturday, February 26th, 2011.  Details and a
signup sheet will be provided when you reply.

All actors will receive a meal, credit, and a copy of the finished film on
DVD.  Please reply back by February 25th, 2011.
