[NEohioPAL] Seeking flashmob and gurerilla-marketing team, and someone to get it all on video

Hi,

I'm noodling with the idea of a guerilla-marketing campaign to promote my magazine, Atrocity Parade. (See SacramentOfHeresy.Wordpress.com or search "Atrocity Parade" on Kindle's and Nook's sites.)

These are the kinds of activities I'm thinking of offhand:

  a.. Barging into public places (where there's likely to be a literary crowd) with a portable mic and doing readings of three minutes or less to a captive audience
  b.. Commandeering other people's mics (bands, etc., with their pre-arranged cooperation)
  c.. Bringing crowds to abandoned schoolbusses and other hollowed-out deathtraps for quickie reading-related events
  d.. During all of the above, helpers would be hand out promotional materials and the whole thing would be videotaped for YouTube.
 Think a milder form of the activities in John Waters' Cecil B. DeMented.

Some initial requirements would be:
  a.. Reliability
  b.. Follow-through on commitments (show up on time and do what you say you're going to do)
  c.. Experience organizing flashmobs or other event planning
  d.. Improv skills and the ability to be outrageous without intimidating or hurting anyone.

I'm also still recruiting illustrators (unpaid for the time being), reviewers who could guarantee placement in one print publication and one online publication, and readers of Kindle or Nook product.
