CORRECTION - an incorrect phone number was given in the previous notice that an actress is still needed for "Scream Queens: The Musical" at Independence Community Theatre.  Corrected phone number below -

We
 are still in need of an actress to play the role of Nadine!  This is 
very much an ensemble show - everyone has solos and is involved in many 
numbers!  

Need an actress with a Mezzo range who can play "50 
and holding" and is able to move well - this show is more movement than 
flat-out dancing.  Here is her description from the script - 

NADINE - The "Legend"; 50s (she sings that 
she is "50 and HOLDING"); alto; sensual yet aloof. She’s the senior 
“Scream Queen” who has seen and done it all, having played everything 
from a corpse to a vampire princess to a prehistoric tribal maiden to a 
Playboy centerfold – almost. She’s a semi-recovered alcoholic and sneaks
 a quick drink from a small flask whenever she thinks no one is looking.
  British accent a plus.

Rehearsals begin March 20th and the show opens with a special fundraiser for the AIDS Task Force of Greater Cleveland on April 28th.  The show will run Friday and Saturday nights from April 29th through May 14th, with the possibility of an added 4th weekend, May 20th and 21st.
