Meditation  Essentials 
This  class is an exploration of essential benefits, motivations and 
practices of  meditation.   The sessions  include instruction, discussion, 
practice, reflection, and sharing.   It is appropriate for those  considering a 
meditation practice and for those wishing to deepen their  practice.

Friday  Mornings, March 25, April 1, April 8, April 15, April 29 and May  
6th 
10:00  a.m. – 12:00 noon 
Equipment  or supplies needed by participants:  
Comfortable clothing for meditation 
Optional - a meditation cushion, mat, blanket; notebook and  pen.

Cost:  Members - $15.00 per session / $60.00 for  series ,
