Body Mind Meditation 
Exploring six systems  of the body (breath, heart, digestion, muscles and 
bones, endocrine, skin), to  create harmony in body, mind and spirit, using 
meditation, contemporary  research, and spiritual reflection. The sessions 
include presentation,  discussion, guided meditation, journaling, and sharing. 
This workshop is  appropriate for anyone who is choosing a healthy 
relationship with their  body; especially powerful for those living with or 
recuperating from an illness  or accident. No prior experience with meditation or 
anatomy necessary.   
Facilitator: Mary  Grigolia 
Wednesdays,  April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11;  10:00 a.m. – 12:00  p.m. 
Equipment or  Supplies:  comfortable clothing  for meditation; if desired, 
a meditation cushion, mat, blanket; notebook and  pen. 
Registration  Deadline:  One week prior to  class 
Cost:  Members - $15.00 per session / $60.00  for series; 
Non members - $20.00 per session / $70.00 for  series
