We are pleased to announce the addition of 6 new videos on our website.
Senior Instructor Melvin Mitchell performs all three sections of the Yang
Style Tai Chi, long frame and Instructor Jaelithe Russ performs Sections 1
and 2 at 8 months pregnant. Jaelithe also makes a brief statement regarding
her Tai Chi training. All the videos are excellent and well worth watching
from beginning to end.
