who now lives and works as a director in New York City.

His recent production of Caroline, or Change was nominated for a 2010
New York Innovative Theatre award

General Vocal Auditions:


Students may arrive any time between 2pm and 5pm.


For those who cannot attend the general audition dates, we will schedule
an alternate audition time for you during callbacks.  Please call in
advance to schedule an audition appointment if you cannot attend the
general vocal auditions. 


Callbacks (for those invited):


Sunday, June 26th at 2:00p


If you are invited to attend callbacks, please come early and be dressed
to move!  You may be asked to sing specific songs, read from the script
or dance.  Please be prepared to stay for the entire callback.

Only advanced, mature students should audition.  You and your parents
must be familiar with the show and its subject matter.

**In order to participate in this production, each performer is
responsible for MANDATORY PARTICIPATION FEES which will be listed
specifically on the audition form.

**Please bring a RESUME that includes your theatrical experience.
Headshots are welcome but not mandatory.

**Please prepare an AUDITION SONG cutting under 1 minute (roughly 32
bars) in the style of the show.  Bring sheet music in the appropriate
key.  Accompanist provided and tapes or CDs are allowed.

**Please bring your CALENDAR with any conflicts you may have during the
rehearsal period.  You are required to include this information on your
audition form.

**Please include your current EMAIL address on the forms to be filled
out at the audition.  Email is the primary method of communication for
callback and rehearsal information.

 

Children of Eden will perform August 12th, 13th and 14th in the Orange
High School Auditorium.  The main rehearsal and performance period will
be from August 1 through August 14th.  There may be additional
rehearsals throughout the summer as well.  Rehearsals times will be
during both day and night (a more detailed schedule will be provided at
callbacks).   All rehearsals and performances will take place on the
campus of the Orange Schools.
