convergence-continuum, Cleveland's up-close alternative theatre, continues
its 2011 season with the Midwest premiere of THE MUSEUM PLAY by Jordan
Harrison a comic and creepy exploration of unsustainable longings to
preserve memories, desire and love, set to the tune of a music box.
When the mastodons escape, Jame needs another exhibit for the Museum.
Luckily, he has a friend with wonderful bones. The Curator is delighted
with her new smash-hit specimen, yet she still wonders who, or what, can
be behind the Museum's mysterious exodus of flora and fauna.
THE MUSEUM PLAY runs at 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday through
June 4 at the Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd., Cleveland, OH 44113 in the
historic Tremont neighborhood. Tickets are $15 general admission, $12
for seniors (65+) and $10 for students. Reservations and information
are available at 216-687-0074 and http://www.convergence-continuum.org.
"satisfyingly surreal" "devilish fun" "the convergence-continuum company
makes the leap an interesting experience" --Christine Howey, Plain Dealer
