PRESS RELEASE

RE: FAMFest USA seeks ACTORS for play.



FAMFest USA is an organization that is dedicated and committed to the
education and collaboration of artists in Northeastern Ohio.

We are currently looking for actors and actresses who would would like to
join an up-and-coming cast of the incredible annual production of...

*Ultimus Veneficus*
*The Last of the Sorcerers*

Rehearsals begin with a reading workshop on the 18th of September and will
meet once or twice a week to workshop and revise the current script.
 Official rehearsals will begin September 7th and continue every Monday,
Wednesday and Friday at Garfield Church in Pepper Pike.

Tech week will begin Monday, October 24th through 26th with a
pay-what-you-can donation final dress rehearsal.  Performances are 28th,
29th and 30th of October.


The roles we are currently casting for are:

Peter: Age 8-12 years old.  Think Crabbe and Goyle from Harry Potter.
 Friends of the antagonist, Jacob, and aids in the bullying of Timothy.
Samuel: Age 30-50 years old.  Experienced, wise senior knight.  Baritone
skills a plus.
Sentinels: 2 dancers (or actors that dance) that can portray evil spirits.
 Be familiar with crump hip-hop style dancing.
Dark Knight: 6'3 and over.  No lines.  Intimidating actor.  Possibly will
play in the ensemble.
Ensemble: Actors and actresses of all ages needed to portray townspeople.
 Lines available.
*All actors are not required to be dancers.  Singing ability is a plus.

FAMFest USA is dedicated non-traditional, and multi-cultural casting and
thrive on volunteers to work closely with a group of dedicated and committed
professionals in a fun-loving environment.
