[NEohioPAL] Mercury Summer Stock Closes Season With “Show Boat!”

Cleveland Play House has moved out but the complex’ Brooks Theater is alive and well in the hands of Mercury Summer Stock, for one more weekend. This Saturday night after the final showing of Show Boat the doors will be locked and the keys handed over to new owners, Cleveland Clinic. The buildings future is uncertain, but CPH and MSS have both (thankfully) found new homes.

Mercury Summer Stock’s young talented cast has taken on the large role of closing this historic venue with a bang, capping off a rich 96 year history of performances in the largest regional theatre complex in America. After seeing Show Boat this weekend I can tell you that MSS is up to the task!
