Exciting part-time seasonal PERFORMANCE opportunities are now available at
Kringle's Inventionasium™, a one-of-a-kind Christmas Event, in its fifth
celebrated year of operation at Tower City Center. Come and be a part of

and gain valuable professional performance experience!

*ABOUT KRINGLE'S INVENTIONASIUM*
Kringle's Inventionasium™ provides a venue for the long-time family
tradition of getting a holiday photo with Santa Claus, in an interactive,
theatrical environment that stimulates the imagination, encourages creative
play, and emphasizes the development of multiple educational skill sets. The
Inventionasium™ entertains over 16,000 guests annually in its 20 days of
operation; attracts diverse families from all across the country and boasts

*CHARACTER POSITIONS*
We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and well-groomed PERFORMERS with
outstanding personalities and excellent communication skills who like to
have fun while they work.

- Multiple characters available, both male AND female
- Workshop training and full direction of performance included (At the
Inventionasium, you are not just one of "Santa's Helpers"; we won't just put
you in a costume, give you some instructions, and send you out there. . .
this is a real performance!)
- Stipend of $750 - $1000 for the season
- Catered daily meal included
- Parking validation included
- 30% discount in Kringle's Toy Shoppe included

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE POSITIONS (ALSO see Required
Qualifications for All Positions):

- MUST be comfortable blending solid script memorization AND active
improvisation.
- MUST be comfortable engaging in conversation with adults and children IN
CHARACTER.
- MUST be a TEAM player, able to work with guests, other characters, and
management in an equally enthusiastic and respectful manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
- Advanced conversation skills in order to communicate clearly, accurately
and congenially with guests.
- A comfortable ability to interact creatively with children and adults.
- Ability to follow instructions and directions, remain focused and calm
when under pressure, comply with event policies and guidelines, and work as
part of a team.
- MUST have reliable transportation option, punctuality, dependability, and
be able to work flexible schedules including weekends.


*AUDITION INFORMATION*
- Auditions will be held BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Sunday, August 28th from 2pm
to 6pm, and Thursday, September 1st from 6pm to 9pm, at the Inventionasium
at Tower City Center. Parking will be validated - you MUST bring your ticket
in with you.
- Please prepare a 2 minute comedic monologue, and be prepared to showcase
any dialects or voice work, as well as participate in possible cold
readings.
- To schedule an audition time, please email us with a resume, headshot, and
statement of interest, as well as a preferred audition day, and we will
reply with your time slot. If you are unable to make the audition dates, we
are able to make LIMITED exceptions, so please let us know some dates and
times you will be available so we can try to set up an appointment with you.
- Equity contracts are not available, but as this performance is within a
holiday/seasonal position, Equity members ARE ALLOWED by AEA to participate.
- College students welcome.
