Cleveland Public Theatre is searching for a Box Office Manager.
Position starts immediately.


Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) is currently looking for a Box Office Manager. This role is responsible for managing patron relations, box office transactions, front of house operations and volunteer coordination. Qualifications include experience with CRM or other database or retail software and high proficiency with Excel and web applications. Candidate must be outgoing, detail oriented, problem solvers who can work calmly under pressure. Schedule includes 4-5 days per week as well as 2-3 evenings per weekend. Full-time (40+ hours/week) salaried position with benefits.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualities:

*         Enjoys speaking with people from different backgrounds

*         Previous box office or theatre management experience

*         Previous experience managing others

*         Previous customer relations experience

*         A genuine interest in and knowledge of the performing arts

*         Experience with database or customer service program.

*         Experience with ticketing software a plus

*         Cash handling and cash reconciliation experience

*         Ability to remain calm while working under pressure

*         Available to work some evenings and weekends

*         Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel a plus
