[NEohioPAL] FREE STAGED READING of Marc Goldsmith's COMPARING BOOKS

  Interplay Jewish Theatre, a company founded earlier this year by area
playwright Faye Sholiton, presents a staged reading of Marc
Goldsmith's comedy COMPARING BOOKS. It's a study of what can go wrong when
one Upper East Side dysfunctional family meets an equally dysfunctional mob
family.
  The one night only event takes place on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 7:00 p.m., at
Ensemble Theatre, 2843 Washington Blvd, Cleveland Hts.
  Fred Sternfeld directs an all-star cast: Mike Cipiti, Paul Floriano*,
Jason Markouc, Kelly Smith, Greg Violand*, Jean Zarzour* and Brian
Zoldessy* (*appearing courtesy of Actors' Equity Assn.).
  Marc Goldsmith won the 2006 NY International Fringe Festival's Audience
Favorite Award for his play DANNY BOY. A founding member of Urban Myth, a
writers' workshop, he has also distinguished himself as screenwriter,
lyricist and attorney. He is scheduled to attend the reading.
   Although there is no charge for admission, donations are greatly
appreciated and will help fund Interplay's next reading, in March.
