[NEohioPAL] FPAC announces SUMMER 2012 SEASON!!!

The Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory is proud to announce their auditions for the SUMMER 2012 SEASON!!!
 
 This year FPAC will be producing:

Little Women: the musical
 To be presented July 6 - 15, 2012.
 
 URINETOWN
To be presented August 10 - 19, 2012. 
 
 AUDITION DATES, TIMES, LOCATION & PREPERATION
 The auditions will be:
 Saturday, April 28, 2012, 1:00 – 6:00pm
 Sunday, April 29, 2012, 6:00 – 10:00pm
 Monday, April 30, 2012, 6:00 – 10:00pm
 
 Callbacks will be Saturday and Sunday, May 6 & 7, 2012
 
 Both the auditions and the callbacks will be held at the Mayfield Village Civic Center.
 
 To make an audition appointment, call the Fairmount Center at 440-338-3171, Mondays - Fridays, 9:00am - 4:00pm starting on March 26, 2012.
 
 For the auditions, please prepare an objective driven memorized musical selection for each show, one in the style of Little Women and one in the style of Urinetown.  Each of these two pieces need to be approximately 16 bars in length and both musical pieces should last no longer than 3 minutes when they are both timed together. Please, bring a head shot, resume and sheet music in the correct key - an accompanist will be provided.  Please do not sing from Little Women or Urinetown and absolutely no a capella singing will be accepted.   Also, please prepare a one minute memorized monologue from a play.
 
 If you are new to FPAC, this audition will also serve as your audition for FPAC's "Professional Training Program."
 
 ROLES, ELIGIBILITY AND TUITION
 Upon acceptance into each show, you must attend at least 1 session (full or half day; 1, 2 or 3 week) of FPAC 2012 Summer Training. 
 
 CASTING ANNOUNCEMENT
 You will be notified of the casting for the shows via the Fairmount Performing Arts Center’s web site some time during the week of May 8, 2012.
