 ABOUT THE PLAY

*The Conference of the Birds** is a story about* *a flock of birds who
undertake a search for the Simorgh, the true King of birds. In the course
of the journey, the birds become discouraged, but the leader convinces them
to remain firm. In the end, a few survive only to discover that they
themselves are the embodiment of the Divine.*
