[NEohioPAL] Love is a Five Letter Word- How to Celebrate By Helping Animals in Need

 This is the time of year when  people give flowers,  chocolates, and gifts to 
the people they love. What better way to               wear your heart on your 
sleeve than 

to give the gift of  life  to an animal in need?

This weekend seven local animal welfare  groups have teamed  up to mark 
Valentine’s Day in a special way.

Humane societies in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina  and Summit 
Counties,  along with the rescue group               PAWS, 


have invited  the public to experience the joy that  comes from   adopting a 
homeless pet. 



But Yesterday's weather really impacted the  turnout, and there are many cats in 
need of adoption, at a drastically reduced fee.

 Visit any or all of the               participating shelters and there will be 
staff on hand to  help you find your perfect  "furry, purry Valentine"
