[NEohioPAL] Box Office Software Recommendations?

Has any fellow theatre had good experiences with a particular type of box office software?  (Or a particularly disappointing experience, for that matter?)
 
Coach House Theatre in Akron is researching a complete restructuring of our box office technology, and would be grateful for any advice or words of wisdom.
 
We need to track single-ticket and subscription sales (with subscribers able to exchange tickets.)
