Tri-C West to host a FREE day of readings for the winners of the  2nd
annual "Lake Erie Playwrighting Competition."  

 

On Saturday, March 3rd, Tri-C West will present a day of readings of the
winners of the 2nd Annual Lake Erie Playwrighting Competition in the
Western Campus Theatre located at 11000 Pleasant Valley Rd.  Parma, OH
44130.  These readings are FREE and open to the public.  Come for one,
come for all.  Our Fall production "Pray for the Missing Girls" by Jean
Seitter Cummins was last year's winner.  

 

The reading schedule is as follows:  

Saturday, March 3rd

 

1pm - 3:15p: Reading of the 3rd place play "THE KING OF CAGE STREET" by
Michael Oatman (moderated by Fred Perry)

 

3:30-5:45p: Reading of the 2nd place play "SMOKER" by David MacGregor
followed by discussion with playwright (moderated by Fred Perry)

 

7:30p-10p: Reading of the 1st place play "BLATNOY BLUES" by Eion Carney
followed by discussion with playwright (moderated by Bob Ellis & Fred
Perry)
