Hello everyone,

Show time is quickly approaching here at SDA. We are very excited for this year's
performance of "Dancin' 2012". Here is information about the show that everyone 
needs to be aware of including location, times, tickets, etc...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Show Times and Location

The show this year will be performed at
Tri-C's Eastern campus
4250 Richmond Road
Highland Hills, OH 44122
The show dates are Friday, June 1st at 6:00pm, Saturday, June 2nd at 6:oopm and 
Sunday, June 3rd at 4:oopm.
Call times for Friday and Saturdays show is 5pm with doors opening at 5:30pm, the
show beginning at 6pm.
Call time for Sunday is 3pm doors opening at 3:30pm, with the show beginning at 
4pm.

The show will run for approximately 2.5 hours.

Each performance will be showcasing different dance routines.

Show Rehearsals

Show rehearsals will be held on Tuesday, May 29th and Wednesday, May 30th. The level
1 & 2 classes will be at the studio from 4-7 and the advanced classes plus all 3
 companies will be there from 4-8. This is a FULL DRESS REHEARSAL so please be prepared.

Ticket Sales

Every family will receive 2 tickets per show (total of 6) that will automatically
be on reserve. The cost of those tickets in $90.00 total. It is mandatory that everyone
pay for the tickets that have been reserved for you.

To get the best seats tickets go on sale Saturday, May 12th from 10am-4pm! Reserve
tickets can be also picked up during normal class times starting the week of Monday,
May 16, 2011.

Show Packets

Show packets will need to be paid for by Friday, April 27th, 2011. ( Fees as low
 as possible, dependent on outside vendors fees. (Paid with cash or Check for Show
Pack Fees)

The show packet fee is TBA but if you look at the website under Studio Policies 
there is an estimate for the different groups and the cost will fall within the 
listed ranges.
