Just what is a blatnoy?

Do you serve it with sour cream? Does it hang suspended over the stadium?
Does Goodyear have one? Monday, May 7 is the night to find out when First
Mondays presents a reading of BLATNOY BLUES, a quirky new comedy by Eoin
Carney at 7:30 p.m. in Judson Manor.

Winner of the 2012 Lake Erie Playwright Competition, BLATNOY BLUES explores
the meteoric rise of a Russian physicist in a Midwestern University and
features Jonathan Wilhelm, Michael Regnier, Joe Verciglio, Stuart Hoffman,
Tim Keo and Lauren Smith. But what does it mean, really?

First Mondays normally charges a modest $5 admission, but you'll get in free
if you can tell us what BLATNOY means.

Of course you already know that Judson Manor is located at 1890 East 107th
Street (107th and Chester) in University Circle, across the street from the
Church of the "Holy Oil Can." Judson visitors park free in a gated lot that
is just steps away from the lobby, whether you enter through the front door
or take the security entrance (under the awning) that opens directly from
the parking lot.
