First 5 Weeks (5/30/12 - 6/30/12)							
M/W - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm						
Tri-C Metro Campus - Center for Creative Arts Rm 018 (Dance Studio)

(DANC 1500 & 1510...CRN # 51699 & 51700) (3 Credits)

Instructor: Sarah Carey along with Guest Teacher from Dayton Contemporary Dance Company! 
-A summer workshop style class in basic movement techniques of ballet, modern/contemporary, and jazz, along with basic dance choreography/composition.  Dance the day away!  (5 weeks, Monday & Wednesday 9 am – 3 pm) 

Sample day:  
Morning: 	
-Body conditioning (gain strength, flexibility, and range of motion through Pilates, Yoga and other body work techniques) 
-Beginning Ballet or Modern Technique class
(Break)
Afternoon: 
-Beginning Modern or Jazz Technique class
-Choreography & Improvisation or Dance Related Discussion (nutrition, dance history & current events, etc.)
