Dynamics Community Theater Auditions 
     

Honk!

Tallmadge, OH - May 21 and 22

Dynamics Community Theater will be holding auditions for our summer musical, Honk!, on May 21 and 22 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.  Honk! is the musical retelling of Hans Christian Anderson's "The Ugly Duckling."

Auditions will be held in the Auditorium at Tallmadge High School, 140 N. Munroe Rd.

The Production will be performed on Aug. 3, 4, 10, and 11, and will be directed by Matt Beresh and Music Director Carolyn Bagley.  There are principle roles for actors of all ages, as well as numerous ensemble roles.  For a complete list of principle parts and descriptions, please check out our Facebook page.

Those who wish to audition should bring a wallet sized photo, which will not be returned.

  Come prepared to sing several bars acapella of a song of your choosing.  We will provide scripts for readings.  Be prepared to be paired up with someone else to read.

Rehearsals are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, and some Saturday mornings.  There will be additional rehearsals as the production date gets closer.

In addition to on-stage performers, the theater is looking for individuals who would like to volunteer behind the scenes building and painting sets, designing and sewing costumes, applying make-up, manning concessions, or working with the stage crew on props and moving sets.
