This is a unique yoga series developed by Kim Wasielewski certified Angel
Therapy PractitionerR and Yoga Instructor.

Together we will explore yoga as a way to pursue mindfulness in daily life. 

The focus will be spontaneous reflection each class on a randomly selected
meditation from the book and will increase  the mind/body/spirit connection
bringing us back ourselves.

Each week will explore a different aspect of connection with our deeper
selves. 

 

No previous experience is necessary to give yourself this gift. You can jump
in anytime and do not have to commit to the whole series.
