Hello Arts Community,
 
I work in Human Resources for Moen in North Olmsted and I'm looking to hire a contract Graphic Designer (full-time hours).  The position is needed through the remainder of the year, possibly longer.
 
The ideal candidate will be a talented and skilled designer with heightened attention to detail and an ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment. This position requires very strong organizational skills as well as project management skills.
 
BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apply a set of brand standards to a large quantity of multi-language retail packaging components including but not limited to the following: 

Individual color boxes
Labels 
Instruction sheets
Installation templates
Thoroughly proof all work prior to sharing out with key stakeholders
Maintain organized project files that can be referenced at any given moment
Manage a project tracking document and keep it up-to-date at all times
Ability to manage personal workflow and involve key stakeholders at critical points for approvals, feedback and to provide them with regular updates
Communicate feedback timing requirements to key stakeholders in order to ensure project meets deadlines
Must be able to meet established deadlines  
 
Qualifications:

Proven graphic design experience (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in this area preferred)
Experience working on packaging projects a plus
Experience working with foreign language copy a plus 
Expertise in use of Adobe CS with a particularly strong competency in Illustrator 
Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
Excellent organizational skills
Project management skills and experience
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Very strong attention to detail
