Dates: 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/3


*Shannon Sterne* is a dancer, choreographer, educator and wellness
consultant. She performed with the San Diego Ballet before earning Masters
degrees in Nutrition and Contemporary Dance from Case Western Reserve
University, and she has trained with three generations of principal dancers
from the Martha Graham Dance Company. Shannon's classes uniquely
incorporate kinesiological principles to improve dynamic alignment, weight
distribution, and performance qualities. Shannon designed and implemented a
Graham-based modern dance program at Cleveland City Dance, and has taught
throughout Northeast Ohio including the University of Akron Dance
Institute, Dancing Wheels, and at Case where she has taught graduate and
undergraduate courses in ballet, Graham-based modern technique, dance
history and dance kinesiology.
