I just wanted to clarify my post from earlier this afternoon... 
 
The living/work scenario(s) I proposed, is only one possibility. Of course, if folks know of other scenarios or accomodations that may be out there, including those with regular rent, or other roommate situations, I'd appreciate knowing of those, as well.
