Meet a group of teens who have gone from watching movies to creating them,
from singing to planning a career in music, from playing video games to
designing them. These teens spent the summer working as *paid arts
apprentices* through Young Audiences ArtWorks. While creating high quality
art like children’s clothing, mosaics, dance and theater performances, and
a documentary on The Halle Building, they are also learning 21st century
workplace skills like timeliness, responsibility and collaboration. They’ve
been preparing for college and careers in these co-ops:

Architecture ● Ceramics ● Dance ● Drawing/Painting ● Fashion

Film ● Installation Art ● Poetry/Literary Arts ● Recording Arts

Theater ● Video Game Design ● Video Game Production ● Vocal Music

The Culminating Exhibit and Performance is FREE and open to the public. Some
artwork will be for sale.* *

· Wed., July 25 at The Halle Building, 6 - 7:30 p.m.

· Wed., Aug 1 at Tri-C Metro Campus, 6 - 7:30 p.m.

*Please try to attend and encourage the next generation of visual and
performing artists.
