-Seeking an individual who desires more experience building a social media strategy for an award winning touring solo-play.

(All work done remotely) Commitment of 3-5 hours a week. 

Responsibilities: Administer two social media accounts FB and Twitter. Conduct outreach and promotion through these two accounts tailoring it to the city and area the show is being produced. Connect and build both accounts growing while growing audience base and creating awareness for the show and issues. 

Requirements: Working knowledge of Facebook and Twitter. Basic experience with marketing and/or communications. Knowledge, familiarity, and appreciation for Theater/Film/Performance Art. Regular access to computer and Internet, Desire to be part of socially conciseness theater/performance, knowledge of current events, political trends, and world of higher education desired.

Benefits: Fantastic resume builder. Integral part of a multi-city solo-theater tour. Will connect and communicate with several national organizations and advocacy groups. Interact and communicate nationally with numerous theaters and venues. Part of a team focused on socially driven theater. Requires very few weekly hours and is all work is done from home computer. 

About the Artist:
Aaron Calafato is a Performing Artist that specializes in solo-theater for social change. Aaron is a recent recipient of a 2012 Emerging Artist Grant from The Puffin Foundation and is currently touring his solo-piece FOR PROFIT as seen in: The Chronicle , Campus Progress, NPR,  WEWS ABC Channel 5 , The Fiscal Times, TheHill and Washington Monthly
 
The play, which premiered in NYC will be coming to Portland , Maine and mounted at Lucid Stage this August., and will continue touring throughout 2013.
 
Aaron's mission with this piece of living art is to educate, inform, and create social dialog about the student debt crisis and the exploitation of the American student.
