*Hey theatre students! Try out these backstage and technical theatre
classes at Stagecrafters this fall.  Register NOW!*

*Make a Scene! Set Design and Stage Managing ***

Grades 6-8. If you love theatre and want to learn more about behind the
scenes…then this class is for you! Learn to communicate with and manage all
areas of production, including hands-on stage experience and set design.
Additional opportunities to shadow professionals through individual
guidance and advising during production work. Students will collaborate
with directors, designers, actors and professional staff as part of our
production team. *Instructor, Colleen Williams received her Master of Fine
Arts from the University of Alabama. *Saturdays 9/15-11/10 (9
sessions) 11:30am-1:00pm,
$119/resident $134/non-resident



*SEW Awesome! Design it, Build it, Wear it *
Grades 5-8.* *Become a Costume Designer extraordinaire! Students in this
class will design and build the costumes for Stagecrafters’ Saturday
Production classes.  Every Saturday they will test theirdesign/style sense
as they cut, sew and create fabulous stage attire. Family and friends are
invited to join the young designers as they show off their style concepts
during the final class presentations for *Broadway Bound *and *Show Biz
Kidz *on 11/10. A supply fee of $50 made payable to The Costume Shop, is
due the first day of class. *Instructor, Wendy Erholm is a local costume
designer and theatre professional.*
