Audition Preparation: 

* Please prepare a one-minute monologue.

* Sides will be provided as well. 

In “Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol,” four actors portray all the characters that we see in Dickens’ holiday classic and a few more. We are seeking performers who can play at least four characters each. There are no throwaway characters in the play and each one has a story of their own to tell. Narration will also be provided by the actors, often finishing each others’ sentences. It is truly an ensemble piece; a great chance to show your range and versatility while blowing the dust off the tale of Scrooge and Marley.

Larry Nehring (Director) has been a regular in Northeast Ohio acting, directing, choreographing combat and sign interpreting a nearly every theater in the area. He is thrilled to be returning to direct his third show at Weathervane. The first was “Much Ado About Nothing” and the second was “Children of a Lesser God.”
