About the play...
Rusted Heart Broadcast takes place after a pandemic. Part passion-play, part ritual, part spectacle, the show is the re-enactment of a Cleveland native who goes to Hollywood to become a star and returns with a secret to ward off the sickness. Combining classic metaphysical texts and contemporary sensibilities, Rusted Heart Broadcast explores themes of consciousness and compassion.


About the process...
Rusted Heart Broadcast is being devised by Raymond and the ensemble.


There will be a workshop period to develop material from March 12 to April 14. Some cast members may be required to be a part of this work. Rehearsals begin directly after this period and are mostly held weekday evenings and weekends. The show runs May 23-June 8.

11/5: 8-10p

Auditions are by appointment only and will be conducted with groups over a 2 hour period. Auditioners must attend full session and can expect physical work, singing, and voice work. Auditioners will also show a two minute monologue.
