*TWO NEW PARKINSON'S TAI CHI CLASSES IN UNIVERSITY HTS.*
Tai Chi Institute USA presents ~The Movement of Life~ in the form of ongoing
classes every Thursday from 10-11 am held at Inspiralmotion, 20620 John
Carroll Blvd. (formerly North Park Blvd.), Suite 204, University Hts., Ohio
44118. Classes begin November 8, 2012 and the fee is $100.00 for 8
consecutive weeks. Classes are also held every Monday from 7:15-8:15 pm and
are in session now.
This is a unique program designed especially for those diagnosed with
Parkinson's. ~The Movement of Life~,  suitable for all ages, blends the
healing qualities of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Meditation, Shaolin Kung Fu and
Acupressure to fine tune and recharge your mental, physical and spiritual
health.
Physical benefits may include improved posture, balance and flexibility,
added strength and endurance, an improved digestive system, increased muscle
and bone density, normalized metabolism, weight loss and a stronger immune
system. Favorable mental and spiritual results include relieving of tension
and stress, releasing anxiety, creating a mind-body connection, enhancing
focus and awareness, removing energy blocks, gaining a sense of calmness and

Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Pa Kua Chang, Shaolin Healing Touch and Traditional
