My intention was to leave this post alone and allow people to come to their own conclusions.  But I think I am missing something because your posts seem quite personal.  Did we date or something lol?
 
First it was, this company charges for auditions then it was they charge for services.  So what you are saying is that it is okay for Fred and other businesses to receive compensation for additional services they may provide but we should not because it seemingly is not up-to-par in your opinion.
 
You are not aware of the classes, newsletters and benefits we offer because you are not a part of our database and don't receive that information.  It seems that someone of your status and talent would have more to do than lead a witch hunt regarding a company that you admittedly have NEVER had involvement with (unless of course you were that one blind date dude with the fro at that one restaurant?....nevermind).
 
Although we are a small and new company, we have personally cast 13 projects in 2012 and filled over 100 roles not including extras and other productions where we have provided courtesy casting assistance.  Some of the roles were paid and some were not.  If you haven't noticed there aren't a ton of large budget productions in Cleveland and the vast majority are non-union, so you throwing around your SAG wording constantly is a moot point.
 
I challenge you in 2013 to put your time and talent in a positive direction.  Teach a class, do some pro bono on a small production, mentor a youth.  Cleveland needs encouragement to grow not negativity.  In fact, we'd love to work with you in the future.  We have quite a few young people on our roster that are just looking for the opportunity to be involved in a project.
 
For everyone else, please continue to perform your own research.  If you would like to work with a company whose mission is to assist talent and producers no matter what level of experience or budget, please check us out!  We are all growing together.
