[NEohioPAL] Swing dance this Saturday, January 26th in Westlake!

Be sure to arrive in time to take part in the easy jitterbug lesson from 8pm to 9pm. We always review the basic Jitterbug step, talk about the basics of leading and following, and then show a few new moves. Each lesson is unique and you will always pick up new moves and hints each time you attend a pre-dance lesson at a Get Hep Swing event. These lessons are appropriate for brand new dancers all the way up to advanced dancers. You will not be disappointed! 

Immediately after the lesson (at 9 PM) the band will kick off an awesome night of music and swing dancing until 12am.

The band playing on Saturday night is The Syncopated Sin Swing band. 

We feature a variety of local and national swing, jazz, jump blues, big band and early rock and roll dance bands. You are welcome to join us just to enjoy the music. These events are fun even if you don't dance. 

Everyone is welcome to come and have fun with us at this swing dance. There is no need to have previous dance experience or a dance partner. 

No need to make reservations or buy tickets in advance. The event is $12 per person. Students and seniors with a valid ID pay only $10 per person. No need to RSVP. Just show up and have fun! We have lots and lots of room for you and all of your friends!

Lakewood Elk's Lodge #1350, 24350 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH. This location is just 10-15 minutes Southwest of the Lakewood Masonic Temple. The lodge is right behind Bella Capelli's Salon and across the street from Gale's Garden Center. LOTS of free parking in a very well lit parking lot. This venue has a nice big hardwood floor. Cash bar with all kinds of soda, beer, wine and hard liquor. A few snacks too. Please enter through double doors under the elk's lodge sign. No smoking inside and no drinking alcohol outside.
